About Harry Rosen

Founded in Toronto in 1954 by brothers Harry and Lou Rosen, Harry Rosen is a leading Canadian luxury menswear retailer, distinguished by its curated designer collections, tailoring expertise and personalized service. Its heritage combines entrepreneurial ambition with an enduring commitment to helping clients dress with confidence. As an employer, the company offers a setting where sartorial knowledge, relationship-building and commercial acumen intersect, with career paths spanning client advising, tailoring, merchandising and corporate functions. Professionals drawn to refined retail will find a business in which attentive service, product expertise and long-term client relationships are central to the brand’s identity.

Harry Rosen is seeking an Advisor Support Coordinator to prepare client appointments, coordinate pickups and follow up on special orders, alterations and deliveries while supporting advisors in-store and with administrative tasks. The role requires 3–5 years of client-facing retail experience; British Columbia compensation starts at CAD 50,000 annually, plus a specialized bonus plan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare client profiles and relevant documentation so advisors are informed and ready for each appointment.
  • Review client purchase histories in CRM before appointments to identify gaps, potential needs and interests, and brief the advisor before the client arrives.
  • Contact clients to arrange pickup appointments in coordination with each advisor’s schedule and using the client’s preferred communication method.
  • Ensure deferred-pickup standards and procedures are followed by coordinating client notifications, confirming advisor availability and preparing the pickup experience in advance.
  • Communicate pickup status updates to advisors and clients as appropriate.
  • Participate in key appointments to extend the advisor’s capacity by managing product pulls, floor logistics, POS processing or documentation, enabling the advisor to focus on the client relationship.
  • Support Connect, Curate and Commit behaviours by ensuring the appointment’s physical and logistical environment reflects those standards.
  • Process POS transactions accurately on behalf of the advisor when required.
  • Manage follow-up for all Made-to-Measure, Special Order and Inter-Store Transfer items for assigned advisors.
  • Track outstanding items against established timelines and proactively resolve or escalate issues before they affect clients.
  • Communicate status updates to advisors and clients as appropriate, using the client’s preferred channel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned advisors and the tailorshop, communicating alteration details, turnaround expectations and client-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with Logistics to support deliveries by tracking and coordinating them and communicating status to advisors and clients as needed.
  • Follow up on outstanding alterations and escalate delays before they affect client pickup timelines.
  • Ensure all client contacts and interactions related to assigned advisors are recorded in CRM and Herringbone within established timelines and standards.
  • Gather and update relevant client details for new and existing clients after each interaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of retail experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing client appointments, answering client inquiries and coordinating and performing administrative tasks while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to delight customers.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and in using technological innovations to support the retail customer-service function.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage, acknowledge and assist VIP clientele.
  • Focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion.
