Role & Responsibilities
- Refurbish and refinish stainless steel and precious metal watches and bracelets to Rolex quality standards and agreed SLA timeframes
- Ensure all work conforms to Rolex quality standards before submission to Quality Control
- Dismantle watches and re-case timepieces following polishing processes
- Maintain high standards of machinery, tooling, and mops maintenance
- Meet agreed weekly production levels in accordance with company Standard-Times of Operation
- Keep current with new products, training protocols, and technical developments
- Support training and development of colleagues and contribute to departmental process improvement
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines when operating machinery
Qualifications
- Rolex Level 30 Accreditation
- Demonstrable bench experience with precision components
- Experience in watch refinishing and polishing
- Previous Rolex service experience (desirable)
Skills
Experience
Bench experience with exposure to working within a similar industry or with similarly-sized precision components. Demonstrated experience in watch refinishing and polishing. Prior experience with Rolex service procedures is highly desirable.
Education
Rolex Level 30 Accreditation or equivalent technical qualification in horology or precision finishing required.
