Harrods seeks an experienced Waiter in Knightsbridge, London to deliver exceptional fine dining service in a luxury hospitality setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders in a professional manner, identifying opportunities to maximize sales discreetly and appropriately
- Execute all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to required standards
- Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accurate guest billing
- Set up and clear tables prior to, during and after service, maintaining the highest standards
- Ensure personal station and restaurant operations run smoothly whilst upholding Harrods' high service standards and productivity
