Harrods seeks a Transaction Assistant for its Private Shopping Operations team in Knightsbridge, London. Process transactions and support luxury clienteling operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions at point of sale with detailed systems and till knowledge
- Manage packaging and dispatch operations whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
- Complete financial paperwork for audit and security compliance
- Investigate and arrange dispatch quotes for local and international delivery through specialist teams
- Facilitate specialized processes including alterations, dynamic currency conversion, gift wrap, and engraving
- Log and track goods appropriately, including items on approval, bank transfers, gift card sales, and transaction services
