Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service across staffed and self-service tills, creating warm, personalised and memorable customer interactions
- Process sales, payments and refunds promptly and accurately, following all point-of-sale procedures and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Harrods products, departments and services to answer customer enquiries and make informed recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting checkout environment whilst adhering to Food Safety, Health and Safety, sustainability and operational procedures
- Share ideas, knowledge and best practice across the team, respond positively to feedback and support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently whilst remaining calm and customer-focused during busy trading periods
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability and personal responsibility when handling payments and till-related activities

Experience
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a till-based role would be beneficial; however, a genuine passion for customer service and a positive attitude are equally valued.
