Harrods seeks enthusiastic Sales Associates to join the Childrenswear & Toys department at its iconic Knightsbridge luxury destination. This role offers hands-on experience with trend-led childrenswear, everyday essentials, and imaginative toys and gadgets. Sales Associates combine the art of selling with comprehensive product knowledge to create bespoke customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and foster repeat visits through exceptional service and adherence to visual merchandising and stock standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create world-class customer experiences by understanding individual client needs and tailoring service accordingly
- Combine comprehensive product knowledge with consultative selling techniques to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels and replenishment
- Champion the Harrods Rewards scheme and actively promote customer feedback surveys
- Execute daily responsibilities with autonomy whilst upholding brand excellence and Harrods policies
