Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge, suite and bar operations within The Penthouse, setting service standards across every client touchpoint.
• Partner with the General Manager to shape service strategy, operational planning and the development of the hospitality offering.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team, fostering pride, accountability and genuine care.
• Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring interactions reflect warmth, discretion and attention to detail.
• Build lasting relationships with international clients and adapt to individual needs and expectations.
• Drive operational excellence through stock management, budget control, expenditure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Floor Management, Culinary and Beverage teams to deliver a seamless, consistently exceptional experience.
• Develop and embed scalable operating procedures that support future growth while enabling teams to focus on clients.
• Lead the hospitality operation in The Penthouse, working with the General Manager and wider leadership team to refine operations and evolve the service offering.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences in luxury environments, such as a world-class hotel, private members’ club, fine-dining restaurant or similarly prestigious setting.
• Ability to anticipate needs, exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Natural presence and credibility, with the emotional intelligence to build trusted relationships, navigate complex situations and inspire others.
• Comfort operating in high-profile environments and engaging with clients while leading operational performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong operational expertise, including stock control, compliance, budgeting and service delivery.
• Passion for developing talented teams, elevating standards and creating an environment where people can thrive.

Skills

Experience

Proven track record in luxury hospitality, with experience in a world-class hotel, private members’ club, fine-dining restaurant or similarly prestigious setting.
