Role & Responsibilities
- Perform final quality control inspections on all watches, including cases, bracelets, and internal movements
- Check and validate timing tests before sign-off
- Ensure all work meets Rolex service standards for quality, lead time, and cost
- Carry out Rolex Quick Service tasks such as bracelet, strap, and link adjustments
- Train new starters within the department to uphold consistent quality standards
- Provide administrative support to the workshop team
- Adhere to all relevant Harrods and Rolex policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Level 20 Rolex Accreditation (desirable)
- Basic mechanical watch movement knowledge
- Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy

Experience
Experience in quality control, watch servicing, or horology preferred; demonstrated ability to work in high-precision, detail-oriented environments with a commitment to luxury standards.
