Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Online Trade departments to understand new product launches and ensure business requirements are met within established creation timelines
  • Support the Product Catalogue Operation Manager in defining and executing the Product Catalogue Operations strategy
  • Manage daily and intraday workload allocation and resourcing of Product Catalogue Creation Administrators to prioritize deliverables and drive service level agreements
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and design system enhancements to streamline processes and increase key performance indicators
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reporting to stakeholders, along with adhoc reporting as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and leading teams with demonstrated track record of driving productivity and quality delivery
  • Strong background in queue and workflow management within volume-driven environments
  • Established experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders including suppliers, brands, and third-party partners to drive change and continuous improvement
  • Experience in e-commerce, product catalogue management, supply chain operations, or multinational business environments
  • Experience with SAP Retail, particularly Materials Management module, and data syndication platforms
