Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, attentive service to Harrods' most discerning clientele within the Penthouse and Private Service Suite
- Prepare and serve premium beverages, including artisan coffee, champagne, and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments
- Maintain immaculate presentation and elegance of luxury lounges and service areas throughout service periods
- Anticipate and respond to client requests with professionalism, discretion, and confidence
- Execute mise-en-place duties before and after service to ensure operational excellence and seamless transitions
- Build meaningful client relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage service within luxury hospitality environments such as hotels, fine dining establishments, or high-end events
- Demonstrated knowledge of mixology, barista skills, or silver service standards
