Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and escort them to hosting lounges, creating positive first impressions
- Schedule and manage Private Shopping Suite appointments and room bookings
- Manage the front desk and reception area, maintaining organization and cleanliness
- Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and maintain an accurate log of guests
