Role & Responsibilities
- Support Private Client Managers in delivering exceptional service during client appointments and interactions
- Coordinate and arrange all aspects of client appointments, including room bookings, sizing adjustments, and alternative product selections
- Manage add-on services such as alterations, restaurant reservations, beauty appointments, parking, and other in-store facilities
- Build and maintain effective client relationships through meaningful conversations, developing trust and rapport in the absence of the PCM
- Process online client requests and manage ongoing client communications
- Create suspended transactions for the transaction processing team
- Investigate and arrange dispatch and delivery quotations for both domestic and international orders through in-store specialists
- Identify opportunities to surprise and delight clients based on demonstrated understanding of their personal preferences and luxury lifestyle needs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working within a retail or luxury service environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage clients at all levels
- Strong organizational and methodical approach to task management
- Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative proactively
- Team player with collaborative working style
- Cultural awareness and worldly knowledge appropriate to a global luxury clientele
- Depth and breadth of luxury product knowledge across designer and premium brands
Skills
Experience
Experience working within a retail environment, preferably in a luxury or personal shopping context. Demonstrated ability to build genuine, long-lasting client relationships and maintain composure and positivity in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining exceptional service standards.
