Role & Responsibilities
- Build deep, authentic relationships with assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients to deliver intuitive, personalised service that maximises client spend and loyalty
- Engage proactively with clients through planned touchpoints, presenting curated product selections and recommendations that reflect their individual preferences and global luxury awareness
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the Private Shopping offering to internal stakeholders and luxury brand partners
- Pre-select and present merchandise options to clients through both physical appointments and virtual channels, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Conduct strategic portfolio reviews to prioritise client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager and Private Shopping Manager to expand the client base and onboard prospective leads

- Established, proven client book with clear evidence of building authentic, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clientele
