Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas from scratch with proficiency in various dough hydration levels and fermentation processes

Qualifications

- Mastery of traditional pizza-making techniques and dough preparation with various hydration levels
- Proficiency with wood-fired oven operation and pizza baking
- Strong knowledge and passion for food and drink
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in PC literacy, including Word, Excel, and preferably SAP
