Role & Responsibilities
- Support the thorough testing of new systems and developments, creating and reviewing processes and training materials to ensure solutions are fit for purpose before rollout
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, maintaining clarity on project status, timelines, and challenges through leadership presentations and regular communication
- Develop comprehensive documentation, proposals, and requirements for system and process changes
- Review and maintain departmental business continuity plans to ensure Customer Service operations continue with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with Data Compliance and Information Security teams to establish and update processes ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and PCI standards
- Process Data Subject Access Requests and Deletions within required timescales while ensuring adherence to customer data protection standards
- Act as a central point of expertise, leveraging superior knowledge of store systems, operations, and procedures to drive performance improvements and champion best practice
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an operations role with proven track record of systems and process improvement
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and systems
- Experience supporting multiple teams and managing competing priorities effectively
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent numeracy skills

Previous experience in an operations role demonstrating competency in systems management, process improvement, and team coordination. Experience supporting multiple teams and managing priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external partners.
