Harrods seeks an experienced Massage Therapist to deliver holistic, relaxation and other massage treatments in its Hair and Beauty Salon, advising clients on products and services and creating a discreet, welcoming experience. The permanent role is part-time at 30 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of massage treatments, including holistic and relaxation techniques.
- Build rapport with clients and create a trusted, welcoming environment while maintaining service standards and confidentiality.
- Create a calm, intimate client experience in a fast-paced salon, responding sensitively and attentively to clients.
- Advise clients on suitable products and treatments.
- Carry out treatments with care, attention and sensitivity to clients’ needs, and build a loyal client base.
- Demonstrate interest in and knowledge of market trends.
- Perform treatments for male and female clients.
Qualifications
- Qualified in CIDESCO, CIBTAC or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role.
- Experience in the luxury market with exposure to high-end clientele, maintaining discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
- Extensive knowledge of the salon’s treatments, services and products.
