Harrods seeks a Makeup Category Lead for H Beauty Glasgow on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The role leads the makeup category, delivers trade targets and exceptional customer service, shares product knowledge and training, and oversees stock operations; salary starts at £30,263 plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the makeup category and deliver world-class customer service, modelling Harrods Values with a can-do attitude.
- Research new products before launch, maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and products, and share product expertise with customers and colleagues.
- Deliver category trade targets and educate customers on beauty products and routines.
- Act as a store ambassador for the Harrods Standard and The Beauty of Selling, and serve as a go-to resource for product knowledge and new brand and product launches.
- Share training with the wider team, the in-store management team and buying partners.
- Oversee category stock operations, collaborating with the operations team to maintain an accurate stock file.
