Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the pre-hire team, ensuring a high-performing and customer-focused service delivery
- Oversee attraction, assessment, and selection of concession talent to identify and onboard exceptional candidates
- Facilitate seamless induction of new employees, ensuring timely onboarding in line with agreed SLAs
- Manage agency relationships and monitor agency performance against agreed metrics
- Develop effective partnerships with Harrods' Own Bought business areas operating within a concession model
- Provide accurate information and regular reporting to key stakeholders on Concession Partner processes, performance, and activities
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver integrated and effective people solutions
- Ensure all Concession Partner and agency colleague assessment and onboarding processes are delivered effectively and in line with business requirements
Qualifications
- Significant experience within a retail and/or hospitality environment
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the concessions business model
- Sound understanding of employment law and company policies and their influence on recruitment practices
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of SLAs, KPIs, performance metrics, and Balanced Scorecards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Significant experience within retail and/or hospitality environments with a demonstrated track record in talent acquisition, team leadership, and HR operations. Candidates should have proven expertise in managing recruitment processes, leading teams, and building partnerships across complex organisational structures, ideally within a concessions or department store context.
