Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through each stage of their visit, managing flow, queues and expectations with clarity and control
- Bring the experience to life through storytelling, strong product awareness and meaningful touches that create emotional connection
- Own the customer journey by creating a confident welcome and ensuring every guest is guided through the experience with warmth, clarity and care
- Support the smooth running of service by managing bookings, walk-ins, queues and guest flow
