Harrods Private Shopping seeks an accomplished waiter to deliver exceptional service within its exclusive Penthouse and Private Service Suite. The successful candidate will prepare and serve premium beverages—from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails—while maintaining impeccable lounge standards for the retailer's most discerning clientele. This full-time, on-site role requires seamless client engagement, anticipatory service delivery, and mastery of both sommelier and bartender protocols in London's most prestigious luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and personalized client journey through intuitive, anticipatory service and comprehensive product knowledge from the moment guests arrive
- Prepare and serve premium beverages including artisan coffee, fine champagne, bespoke cocktails, and light refreshments to exacting standards
- Maintain immaculate luxury standards throughout private lounges, ensuring optimal comfort, elegance, and operational flawlessness
- Execute mise-en-place duties before and after service to ensure seamless operational flow
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client requests in a high-pressure luxury retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven food and beverage service experience in luxury hotels, high-end events, or fine dining establishments
- Demonstrated proficiency in mixology, barista techniques, and silver service protocols

Skills
