Harrods seeks a part-time Hair Stylist for Drybar in Knightsbridge, delivering signature blowouts and personalised client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated blow-dry experience using Drybar’s signature service menu.
- Provide first-class, personalised customer service by building strong client relationships and fulfilling styling requests.
- Adapt skills and techniques to meet client needs while completing services efficiently.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, pursue business goals, and represent Harrods’ values and brand.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the work environment.
- Uphold Drybar standards and maintain a can-do attitude.
- Perform blowouts using functional and technical skills.
- Check in with clients throughout each appointment.
- Take initiative and prioritise tasks to support the smooth running of Drybar.
