Harrods seeks a Customer Service Apprentice in London to deliver luxury retail experiences on a 15-month Level 3 qualification programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customers primarily through face-to-face interactions, supplemented by telephone and email communication
- Resolve customer queries on first contact, minimising escalations and simplifying processes for customer benefit
- Take ownership of enquiries and implement resolution in accordance with Harrods policies and brand values
- Collaborate across departmental teams to identify optimal solutions within the shortest possible timeframe
- Accurately record contact reasons and feedback to enable continuous business process improvement
- Participate in ten structured learning phases delivered through one-to-one sessions, webinars, and independent study
- Engage in regular mentoring and progress reviews with both training tutors and line management
Qualifications

- Previous customer-facing experience beneficial but not essential
