Harrods is seeking full-time Beauty Consultants for its Lakeside store to deliver world-class customer experiences across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories. The role combines comprehensive product knowledge with consultative selling to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty through the My Beauty rewards scheme. Beauty Consultants work with autonomy to maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock levels, and champion the luxury beauty experience across a portfolio of globally leading brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create world-class customer experiences by understanding individual client needs and providing tailored beauty consultations across assigned product categories
- Combine comprehensive product knowledge with effective selling techniques to achieve personal and team sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels and replenishment throughout the beauty hall
- Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and actively encourage customer feedback survey participation
- Work with autonomy whilst upholding Harrods' service standards and brand promise
- Stay current with industry trends and luxury beauty innovations to inform client recommendations
