Harrods seeks a full-time Beauty Consultant with fragrance expertise to join the H beauty team at its Milton Keynes store. This role centers on delivering world-class customer experiences across the luxury beauty hall, combining comprehensive product knowledge with personalized service to drive sales and foster repeat patronage. The consultant will maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory replenishment, champion the My Beauty rewards programme, and actively seek customer feedback whilst working autonomously within a collaborative, trend-forward team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by understanding individual client needs and recommending tailored beauty solutions with emphasis on fragrance offerings
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling techniques, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge across luxury beauty brands
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels and replenishment in assigned departments
- Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and encourage customer participation in feedback surveys
- Demonstrate high standards of appearance, punctuality, and adherence to Harrods policies as a leading example within the team
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product innovations to provide expert guidance and maintain competitive knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven retail, hospitality, or beauty sector experience at a luxury or premium level

Skills
Experience

Education
Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent) or higher; additional beauty, retail, or customer service qualifications beneficial but not mandatory.
