Harrods seeks full-time and part-time Beauty Consultants to join the H beauty team at its Glasgow store, specializing in makeup, skincare, or fragrance. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized product consultation, comprehensive beauty knowledge, and the facilitation of luxury brand connections within an interactive, immersive retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create world-class customer experiences through consultative selling and deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, or fragrance categories
- Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored beauty solutions and drive repeat visits
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence, manage stock levels, and coordinate product replenishment
- Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and actively collect customer feedback to enhance the retail experience
- Represent the Harrods brand with integrity, presenting an immaculate appearance and exemplifying company policies
