H Beauty seeks experienced Beauty Consultants for its Gateshead location, a curated beauty hall featuring interactive product displays and the world's leading luxury beauty brands. The role combines comprehensive product expertise with consultative selling to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and foster repeat patronage. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in retail or beauty service, strong commercial acumen, and commitment to maintaining elevated visual merchandising and inventory standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class, consultative service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored beauty solutions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of luxury beauty brands and communicate value propositions effectively
- Achieve individual sales targets whilst prioritizing customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Uphold high visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels and replenishment across the beauty hall
- Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and actively encourage customer participation in feedback surveys
- Work autonomously whilst collaborating with team members to foster a curious, ambitious, and trend-forward environment
- Represent the Harrods brand with pride through personal presentation, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
