Harrods seeks an accomplished Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise within the H Beauty department at Milton Keynes. The role combines curated product consultation, relationship building, and sales achievement, with emphasis on creating memorable customer experiences in an interactive, experiential retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and expert product consultation to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on beauty offerings and brand values
