Harrods seeks exceptional leaders to join the H beauty Assistant Manager Talent Community, which connects ambitious retail professionals with upcoming management opportunities across nationwide H beauty locations including Lakeside, Gateshead, Milton Keynes, Chester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. Assistant Managers lead with presence on the shop floor, inspire teams through coaching and clarity, and drive commercial success while delivering elevated customer experiences. This permanent, full-time role is based in Gateshead.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead with presence and set the tone for service excellence, pace, and professionalism across the department
- Coach teams to deliver elevated customer journeys and consistently strong performance
- Use data and commercial insight to understand business performance and act decisively on opportunities
- Champion operational excellence across visual merchandising, stock flow, and fundamental operational standards
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and wider business functions to support strategic initiatives that shape the future of H beauty
