Harrods is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams and retail operations at H beauty in Chester, developing talent, maintaining visual and operational standards, and coordinating projects with the Sales Manager and other functions. The role is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and lead an exceptional team to deliver the business vision of the “Art of the Possible” in beauty.
- Inspire the team to uphold operational processes, visual standards and back-of-house standards.
- Identify talent and recruit the right people to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop colleagues and nurture new talent to prepare future managers.
- Work with the Sales Manager and other business functions to coordinate and manage projects.
- Lead from the shop floor, supporting colleagues and helping the team perform at its best.
- Seek constructive feedback from store stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

- Strong retail management background.
- Beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential.
