Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, document and implement visual merchandising standards and seasonal rollouts for Hamilton retail and wholesale doors across the Northeast region.
- Design and install window and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency, product storytelling and commercial impact.
- Deliver in-store training and coaching to store managers and sales teams on visual standards, product knowledge, display maintenance and selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store audits and mystery-shop style evaluations; provide corrective action plans and follow-up to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with retail operations, wholesale account managers and marketing to coordinate launch calendars, promotional displays and fixture requirements.
- Manage visual assets and toolkits (planograms, installation guides, imagery) and ensure timely distribution to retail partners.
- Monitor performance metrics related to visual merchandising and training initiatives and produce regional reports for leadership.
- Travel regularly to retail locations throughout the Northeast to execute rollouts, troubleshoot installations and deliver group or one-to-one training.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising within luxury or premium retail (regional or multi-door responsibility preferred).
- Proven experience delivering training and coaching to retail teams with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong visual sensibility with an eye for detail, composition and luxury brand presentation.
- Ability to travel frequently across the region and work flexible hours during rollouts and store openings.
- Valid driver’s license and capability to handle and install retail fixtures and displays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail, including experience training store teams and managing multi-store rollouts across a geographic region.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, retail management, design or equivalent retail experience preferred.
