Hamilton (Swatch Group) seeks a Sales Associate (35h CDI) in Paris — Boulevard Haussmann to sell Rado, Mido and Hamilton watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and one-to-one consultations to convert footfall into sales and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling, and clienteling.
- Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on leads, and manage client appointments and after-sales relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Hamilton, Rado and Mido ranges, including movements, complications and materials.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process sales, exchanges, returns and handle cash/card transactions with full accountability.
- Ensure boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory checks and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and liaise with service centres for warranty, repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in brand and product training, team briefings and store operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales ability with a commercial focus and demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client-facing presentation skills appropriate to luxury retail.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail for stock management, visual standards and transaction accuracy.
- Numeracy and experience handling POS systems, payments and basic store administration.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery, ideally with prior exposure to watches or timepieces and a proven sales record.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or vocational qualification; retail or watchmaking training is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
