Hamilton (Swatch Group) seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Lancaster, PA to represent Hamilton watches and deliver premium client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative service to boutique clients, converting inquiries into sales and cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Hamilton collections and technical specifications, articulating value and craftsmanship to customers.
- Operate POS and CRM systems to process transactions, manage client records, and follow up on leads and service enquiries.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines, executing window and in-store displays, stock rotations and housekeeping.
- Support inventory control procedures including receiving, tagging, cycle counts and loss-prevention best practices.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs, participate in promotional events and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with after-sales service teams for repairs, warranties and customer follow-up to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior luxury, watch or jewellery boutique experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Comfortable handling transactions, cash reconciliation and basic numeracy for sales reporting.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional public holidays as required by boutique schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality certifications advantageous.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; demonstrable experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
