Hamilton Retail Keyholder position in Lancaster, PA | Swatch Group luxury retail supervisory role
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and cash handling
- Supervise and coordinate retail staff during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Monitor store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
