Regional Sales Manager - Swatch Group Hamilton, Miami FL. Manage Midwest wholesale accounts for luxury watches; 3+ years experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop wholesale accounts throughout the Midwest region to achieve planned sales budgets and support Hamilton brand annual sales objectives
  • Develop distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy and execute territory business plan in coordination with brand management
  • Oversee all aspects of territorial management including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and cooperative marketing
  • Prospect and open new retail accounts while maintaining existing retailer partnerships and communication with brand management
  • Conduct training and ensure proper product installation at retail and wholesale locations, monitoring sell-out and brand appearance standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; explore and implement initiatives to increase in-store visibility and sell-through
  • Prepare and deliver forecasts, sales analysis, expense tracking, and other reports as requested
  • Participate in promotional events and training activities including over-the-counter, group, and classroom-style sessions
  • Maintain hands-on presence at retail locations to ensure brand compliance, product knowledge, and customer service excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of wholesale selling experience in jewelry or luxury watch organizations (experience from other industries considered)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with full auto insurance coverage; ability to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel within assigned regional territory up to 85% of the time, including overnight travel and air travel
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
