Marketing Coordinator – Temporary at Hamilton/Swatch Group in Miami, FL. 6-month role supporting marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Support marketing project development, scheduling promotional presentations, maintaining project calendars, and ensuring deadline compliance
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns in line with agreed budgets; track and provide detailed expense reports to the Senior Marketing Manager
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and approval processes for brand spending with the finance department
- Coordinate artwork production requests between agencies and publications; oversee creation of visual creative materials including posters, direct mail, and promotional items
- Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with product information before submission to Senior Marketing Manager
- Assist in coordination, logistics, and preparation of marketing events
- Maintain and update HQ Media plan tool; prepare flash reports and monthly distributions for headquarters
- Create and manage POS materials on SAP and Amware platforms; monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with marketing and visual merchandising teams
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual market reports analyzing marketing campaign feedback and measuring campaign impact and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
- 2–3 years of professional experience in the marketing field
- Prior experience in the luxury goods industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheets and flow charts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in the marketing field; prior experience in the luxury goods industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
