Hamilton hiring Global E-Commerce Coordinator in Biel, Switzerland; 6-month maternity cover contract supporting digital business operations and marketplace management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute e-commerce tasks within Adobe Commerce, including troubleshooting sales order management, maintaining systems, updating pricing, creating product detail pages, and managing translations and data updates
- Create and maintain support documentation highlighting best practices for the upcoming new e-commerce platform
- Support optimization of website end goals including store locator updates, Check and Reserve functionality, and Mall Clicks updates, serving as point of contact for international market requests
- Maintain marketplace and digital marketing activities across Amazon, Rakuten, Naver, JD, Tmall, and Onliners in collaboration with local teams and agencies
- Ensure smooth operation of third-party marketplaces, maintaining consistency and optimization of product listings
- Develop and coordinate online strap sales strategy in collaboration with all relevant internal departments
- Track and evaluate cross-selling evolution and identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the Global E-Commerce Manager on e-merchandising strategy, project roadmap, and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital, or Business Administration
- Prior e-commerce experience and knowledge of online retail business
- Expertise in e-commerce technical environments and platforms
- Proficiency in project coordination including planning, task follow-up, and budget management
- Strong communication skills capable of translating technical information for diverse stakeholders
- Mother tongue French or German with good knowledge of the other language
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of Magento and SAP systems is advantageous

Experience
First e-commerce experience in managing online retail business is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in e-commerce technical environments and a proven track record in project coordination across cross-functional teams.
Education
Academic degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital, or Business Administration required.
