Hamilton (Swatch Group) seeks a Brand Manager in Toronto to lead brand strategy, campaigns and product launches for Hamilton watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the brand strategy to strengthen Hamilton’s positioning and heritage across assigned markets and channels.
  • Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns (brand, product, digital, PR and events) from concept through measurement.
  • Lead product launch planning and go-to-market activities in close collaboration with product, sales, retail and wholesale partners.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure creative, media and PR execution aligns with brand standards and KPIs.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable briefs, assortment priorities and promotional calendars.
  • Own brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints, including retail, e‑commerce and communications.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI; optimise spend and tactics against objectives and report results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within watches, luxury goods or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, retail, digital, trade).
  • Excellent project and budget management skills with strong analytical capability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an eye for brand detail.

Experience
