Hamilton seeks an Account Manager in Eschborn, Germany to manage wholesale and retail accounts across Northern Germany.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, distributors and key accounts across Northern Germany to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans, sales forecasts and account-specific strategies in alignment with global brand and trade-marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage pricing and promotional activity, and ensure timely order execution and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, visual merchandising, logistics and after-sales teams to deliver consistent in-store brand presentation and customer experience.
  • Provide product and sales training to retailer staff, conduct regular account reviews, and report on market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings, regional trade shows and industry events; travel within the assigned territory as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B account management or wholesale sales, ideally within watches, luxury goods or premium accessories.
  • Fluent German and strong professional English for internal and client communications.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to analyse sales data, produce forecasts and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
