Guerlain in Paris seeks a Visual Merchandising Intern (Europe) — 6‑month internship starting July 2026, based in Paris (1st arrondissement).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Europe Merchandising team in organising regional merchandising operations and coordinating with local market teams.
  • Integrate international merchandising guidelines and disseminate requirements and updates to local merchandising contacts.
  • Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising projects (podiums, windows, in‑store displays) and support store openings and trade plan execution.
  • Contribute to forecast preparation, respond to market queries, and validate planogram proposals according to market specificities.
  • Collect and ensure the accuracy of merchandising information (photos, sales figures) and participate in meetings, calls and follow‑ups in English.
  • Track orders for furniture, products, POS materials and visuals, and support logistical and budgetary follow‑up.
  • Assist with the rollout of the new Guerlain brand identity, with a specific focus on the makeup range.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/ Bac+5 (Master’s level) programme in business, marketing, retail, visual merchandising or equivalent university degree.
  • Knowledge of the luxury beauty sector, preferably perfumes and cosmetics, and basic understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • Fluent English for daily email and telephone communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organisation, rigor, autonomy and responsiveness.
