Guerlain seeks a Visual Merchandising Europe Intern in Paris — 6‑month internship from July 2026 supporting regional merchandising, VM activations and planograms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe Merchandising team in planning and executing regional merchandising projects in line with the brand Trade Plan.
- Coordinate with international and local merchandising teams to integrate global guidelines and ensure consistent transmission of information to markets.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of forecasts and respond to market queries related to merchandising plans.
- Review and validate planograms taking into account market‑specific constraints and recommendations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising activations (podiums, windows, in‑store displays) and support point‑of‑sale openings.
- Collect and consolidate market information (photos, sales figures) and participate in meetings/calls conducted in English.
- Track orders for furniture, POS materials and visuals, and follow logistical and budgetary processes.
- Assist in the European rollout of the new Guerlain brand identity, with emphasis on the makeup assortment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/+/5 (Master level) programme in business, marketing, visual merchandising or equivalent university degree.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods sector, preferably perfumes and cosmetics, and basic understanding of Visual Merchandising principles.
- Fluency in English for daily written and telephone exchanges.
- Proficiency with Pack Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation, rigor, responsiveness and ability to work autonomously.
- Available for a 6‑month, conventionné internship starting July 2026; based in Paris (1st arrondissement).
