Guerlain seeks Part-Time Visual Merchandising Coordinator in New York. Support retail design, seasonal launches, and creative execution for luxury beauty brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support visual merchandising execution, audits, and maintenance across flagship retail locations
  • Pack, organize, and ship visual merchandising materials and seasonal launch kits to field locations
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations, installation guides, and training documents for retail teams
  • Develop visual merchandising layouts, renderings, and design concepts in collaboration with creative leadership
  • Coordinate planning and execution of seasonal launches and store refreshes
  • Partner with field teams to ensure visual merchandising standards and brand compliance across locations
  • Manage and track inventory of visual merchandising materials and maintain organized storage systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and field partners to support project delivery
  • Provide administrative and project management support for the Visual Merchandising department

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience or demonstrated aptitude with SketchUp
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing concurrent projects
  • Comfortable visiting multiple retail locations and traveling between flagship stores
  • Able to lift and move shipping boxes and visual merchandising materials

Experience
