Guerlain Visual Merchandising Assistant internship, Paris. 6-month role supporting European merchandising coordination and brand identity rollout.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of merchandising projects in accordance with the brand's Trade Plan
- Assist the team in drafting forecast recommendations and respond to market-specific inquiries
- Validate planogram proposals based on market-specific requirements and local considerations
- Coordinate information gathering (photography and performance metrics) and participate in meetings, calls, and follow-ups conducted in English
- Manage order tracking for furniture, products, point-of-sale materials, and visual assets while ensuring logistical and budgetary oversight
- Support the deployment of Guerlain's refreshed brand identity with particular emphasis on the makeup product line
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or equivalent from a business school or university
- Knowledge of the luxury goods sector, preferably perfumes and cosmetics
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and retail display practices
- Fluent English proficiency for daily email and telephone communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
