Guerlain Paris internship: Visual Merchandising Assistant supporting European merchandising strategy and brand deployment for 6 months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participates in implementing Merchandising projects in accordance with the brand's Trade Plan
- Assists the team in drafting forecasting recommendations and addresses questions from regional markets
- Validates planogram proposals according to market-specific requirements
- Manages information collection and reporting (photography and data) and participates in meetings, calls, and follow-ups in English
- Oversees order management and tracking for furniture, products, point-of-sale materials, and visuals, including logistics and budget oversight
- Supports deployment of the new Guerlain brand identity, particularly across the makeup category
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Knowledge of the luxury sector, preferably perfumes and cosmetics
- Familiarity with visual merchandising practices
- Fluent English proficiency for daily email and telephone communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Entry-level or beginner; no prior professional experience required. Academic background in commerce or business studies preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) from a recognized business school or equivalent university qualification in commerce, business, or related discipline.
