Guerlain seeks a Traveling Beauty Consultant in Rotterdam, Netherlands for part-time field sales and brand ambassador work across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and consumer engagement across Guerlain's fragrance, skincare, and makeup portfolios at designated retail points
- Visit assigned retail locations across the Netherlands regularly to maximize sales performance and brand visibility
- Coach and mentor in-store sales associates through one-on-one training at product displays
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with Guerlain's luxury standards
- Implement and maintain Guerlain merchandising guidelines, optimizing product visibility and counter presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of makeup displays and verify tester availability across visited locations
- Monitor inventory levels, particularly bestsellers, to ensure optimal stock presence
- Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism, adhering strictly to grooming guidelines
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sell-out events and provide weekly field intelligence to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate on in-store events and marketing initiatives with the Sales Manager
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within luxury cosmetics or beauty
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Driving License Category B with ability to travel across the Netherlands Tuesday to Saturday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Deep understanding of luxury brand values and passion for beauty
- Strong ability to motivate and train others effectively
