Role & Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse the weekly portfolio for the Travel Retail market.
• Raise alerts when necessary.
• Develop and analyse reports for Guerlain’s operational and finance teams.
• Contribute to sell-out data monitoring and consolidate results across the four regions.
• Support the review of revenue (J+1) and P&L (J+4), and monitor expenses by type.
• Check data consistency across IT systems, including SAP, Orion and Syrus.
• Coordinate budget processes for the four Travel Retail regions.
• Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of revision and budget data.
• Help prepare global budget presentations for Top Management.
• Create reports for monthly Outlooks and distribute them to the regions.
• Consolidate data and analyse the consistency of regional feedback.
• Analyse CAPEX.
• Track work in progress and contribute to ad hoc analyses and tailored presentations for Top Management.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at Bac +4/+5 level at a business school or equivalent university, with a finance specialisation.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks rigorously and simultaneously in a proactive, committed manner.
• Enthusiastic and curious, with teamwork skills, kindness, humility, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Solid knowledge of finance, including P&L, and accounting.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Excel, including charts and formulas, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is an advantage.
