The Travel Retail Marketing Assistant supports Guerlain’s Operational Marketing Department for Travel Retail Worldwide and its four regions, contributing to global strategy, launch projects, reporting, marketing tools and logistics. This full-time, six-month internship is based in Paris and starts in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for Travel Retail Americas teams regarding current and future operational needs.
- Take responsibility for the Make Up category.
- Develop and adapt 360° marketing tools, including product guides, trade tools and retailer presentations.
- Support the rollout and follow-up of launch projects across the region.
- Consolidate reports and analyse launches.
- Create Travel Retail newsletters and share best practices implemented across the four regions.
- Contribute to the department’s logistical coordination.
- Assist the Operational Marketing Department for Travel Retail Worldwide with its day-to-day activities, supporting the four regions—Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas—in defining global Travel Retail strategy and guidelines and addressing their needs.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school or equivalent, at bachelor’s degree plus four or five years level.
- Previous company experience in a Marketing role.
- Knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics sector is an advantage.
- Organised, committed and rigorous.
- Excellent command of the Office suite and fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of professions and contacts.
- Able to respond quickly and autonomously, with an interest in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
