Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily training department operations and vendor management including contracts and payments
- Manage training budget planning and expenditure control in coordination with the Training Director
- Oversee the complete uniform program lifecycle from procurement through allocation, shipment, and feedback
- Consolidate monthly training reports, KPI data, and performance metrics from trainers across all departments
- Arrange and prepare regular meetings including agenda development, minute-taking, and follow-up material tracking
- Coordinate training schedules, travel arrangements (flights and hotel bookings), and logistics for training team members
- Manage training product inventories and order office stationery and equipment as required
- Translate training materials (including basic and new product training content) and provide on-site oral interpretation for HQ trainer visits
- Assist trainers with class preparation, including room decoration, file organization, and tools/testers/gifts management
- Support online learning platform operations including content editing and data collection post-training
- Organize seminars, team-building events, and training-related workshops
- Facilitate internal and external interdepartmental cooperation and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent written English proficiency and workable oral English communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with quick adaptation to change
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
