Guerlain Training Coordinator
Guerlain seeks a Training Coordinator in Milan to lead retail and skincare training across Italy; permanent, full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Retail & Education Manager and act as guarantor of Guerlain’s expertise, vision and corporate values across retail teams.
- Design, localize and implement internal and external training curricula aligned with Maison guidelines, with a particular focus on strengthening the skincare business in Italy.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops (soft and hard skills), allocate trainer resources, and ensure high-quality instructional delivery across multi-channel retail partners.
- Develop individualized training paths for retail staff and recommend targeted interventions to improve sell-through and KPIs.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to integrate product expertise and launch-specific training into retail education programs.
- Monitor, measure and report on team performance and sell-out impact following training interventions; benchmark competitor training and market/consumer trends.
- Travel across Italy frequently (approximately 40% of the time) to deliver on-site training and coach retail teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury retail sector.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering retail training programs and in-person coaching.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills, including storytelling and presentation capability.
- Result-oriented with a strong retail commercial mindset and a demonstrable focus on service excellence.
- Native-level or professional proficiency in Italian and fluent English; French is a plus.
- Excellent personal presentation and alignment with luxury brand standards.
- Qualification as an aesthetician or equivalent vocational training in beauty is advantageous.

Experience
At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury retail environment, with a track record of building and delivering training programs and improving retail performance.
Education
Vocational qualification in aesthetics or equivalent; degree or professional training in HR, education, adult learning or a related discipline is preferred.
