Guerlain in Paris seeks a Training Coordination Assistant (Internship) — 12-month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 in retail training and event coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and logistics for training events (daytime, evening and special formats): manage external suppliers, prepare training rooms in Paris or regional sites, handle attendance lists and room bookings, and assist with on-site setup including breakfasts and participant gifts.
- Manage supplier relations: request quotes, place orders and reservations, and follow up with external providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
- Receive, organise and dispatch training orders and materials; ensure proper storage and inventory control of training products.
- Arrange related hospitality bookings such as restaurant reservations for events.
- Maintain administrative processes: produce regular reporting and update the digital training platform; manage the Distribution mailbox and compile content for the weekly Retail France newsletter.
- Handle supplier account creation and basic procurement administration (advances, purchase orders, invoice follow-up).
- Prepare internal communications and learning materials: create PowerPoint presentations and concise pocket memos for trainers and retail teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master-level program (Bac +4/5) in business, communication or equivalent university studies.
- Demonstrable interest in the luxury sector and retail training.
- Highly organised, autonomous, reactive and rigorous with strong procedural follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit; comfortable liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Mobility across Paris and within France; availability to attend events outside standard hours (evenings) when required.
- Good command of English.

Experience
Entry-level / internship: suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience. Previous event or administrative experience is an asset but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master-level program (Bac +4/5) in business, communication or an equivalent university degree.
