Guerlain Training Coach & Makeup Specialist position in Paris, France. Lead retail training and coaching programs across France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, masterclasses, and educational workshops covering product knowledge, exclusive sales techniques, and makeup expertise across the French territory
- Facilitate specialized makeup expertise training and oversee product launch events, seasonal briefings, and internal formation programs
- Conduct on-site field coaching to refine sales ceremony, service proposition, and product valorization aligned with Guerlain methodology
- Perform individualized coaching accompanied by detailed reporting and personalized follow-up with store managers and the Training Manager
- Prepare and manage logistics and organization of training sessions, including venue setup, product placement, and giftings
- Customize PowerPoint presentation materials according to launch briefs and strategic priorities
- Generate comprehensive training reports post-session, including attendance records and Q&A feedback
- Pilot the creation and development of the internal bi-monthly newsletter, proposing innovative content and design concepts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in retail sales and training or coaching roles
- Verified expertise in makeup techniques, supported by a professional makeup artistry diploma or certification
- Proficiency in perfumes and cosmetics product knowledge
- Fluent in English (minimum business level)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated sense of service within the luxury sector
- Strong business acumen and results orientation
- Proactive, autonomous, and creative mindset with excellent team collaboration skills and organizational discipline
