Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, masterclasses, and educational workshops covering product knowledge, exclusive sales techniques, and makeup expertise across the French territory
• Facilitate specialized makeup expertise training and oversee product launch events, seasonal briefings, and internal formation programs
• Conduct on-site field coaching to refine sales ceremony, service proposition, and product valorization aligned with Guerlain methodology
• Perform individualized coaching accompanied by detailed reporting and personalized follow-up with store managers and the Training Manager
• Prepare and manage logistics and organization of training sessions, including venue setup, product placement, and giftings
• Customize PowerPoint presentation materials according to launch briefs and strategic priorities
• Generate comprehensive training reports post-session, including attendance records and Q&A feedback
• Pilot the creation and development of the internal bi-monthly newsletter, proposing innovative content and design concepts

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in retail sales and training or coaching roles
• Verified expertise in makeup techniques, supported by a professional makeup artistry diploma or certification
• Proficiency in perfumes and cosmetics product knowledge
• Fluent in English (minimum business level)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated sense of service within the luxury sector
• Strong business acumen and results orientation
• Proactive, autonomous, and creative mindset with excellent team collaboration skills and organizational discipline

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail sales and training or coaching functions, with demonstrated expertise in makeup techniques and cosmetics product knowledge within a luxury environment.

Education

Professional makeup artistry diploma or equivalent certification required. Secondary or post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field preferred.
